Ok sure you are just exactly like Lady Gaga, right? I bet that I can convince you that you do have everything that she has in just a few short words.
Do you have purpose? I’m asking what is your purpose? Whether it is your family, your faith, your job or any other value you hold dear, you have a purpose. You are here on Earth for a purpose. Find it, live it. If you live your live true to your purpose…you and Gaga are twins!
Do you stand by your word? When you say something can people count on you to deliver on your promise? Gaga stands for many things and she delivers on what she promises. If you do the same then, guess what, you are just like her.
Do you work hard to obtain your goals? Do you wake up each day with a fresh attitude and the thoughts of a new beginning in your mind? Do you forget what happened yesterday and just focus on today? Her ultimate goal is to ‘wow’ her fans and she works tirelessly to do that. Sure she’s got help, but you too can have help if you want it. If you work hard, then guess what, you are just like her.
Do you care what others think? As long as you are not hurting anyone else and you are working towards your goals, do you really care that you have critics? For every person there is a critic. If it were not for gossip, some people would not be able to function. Pay them no heed. Ignore them and you and Gaga are family!
Do you look for ways to ‘break the rules’ to help you brand yourself? We have been taught to do this or that, but sometimes we’ve got to look outside that grey area to the bright red area just beyond the grey. If you look for ways to do something differently, and succeed at it, well you and Gaga are blood buddies.
See I told you, you are just like Gaga. There are few simple rules to make sure that you are branding yourself and being true to that brand. No one person is exactly like another, but what we do know is that with good work ethic and following the path cut by leaders, we can be successful being ourselves in our corner of the world.
Enjoy the upcoming week, celebrate victories, learn from mistakes, but forge ever forward with no false feeling of defeat.
